Adler & Robin Books

Stanby: We're temporarily not taking any new submissions. Why not? Well, we're working on some new big books and are very, very, very busy. Meanwhile, please enjoy this page, as well as the rest of our website.
Can we help make you famous? Enter our Worst Book Idea Contest and we'll see what we can do.
The rules are simple:
Send us your idea for the worst possible book. The winner will be selected by an informal committee made up of the agents at Adler & Robin Books. Winning entries will be posted on this Web site. Winners will receive accolades, a moderate amount of fame, high praise, and tribute. Please include your full name so that if you are the winner we don't have to pester you later for it.
Now the usual legal disclaimers: You retain the copyright to your submission, but by entering this contest you agree to allow Adler & Robin Books, Inc. to publish and permit others to publish your submission here and throughout the world without compensation or remuneration, and to use your name in conjunction with that submission. We may edit your entry for space and clarity. You agree that your submission does not violate copyright, libel, privacy or any other law.
What is a bad book idea? Well, here are some samples to get your brain reeling:
Surgery for Amateurs
The Rules for Pet Fish
Prozac in Poetry
Avoiding Hidden Subliminal Messages in Microsoft Word
We are looking for clever, funny, amusing, silly, and just plain implausible.
You can submit your entry by snail mail (why you would want to is beyond us) or by email. Just click on the little person below:
